摘要
在西安地铁一号线联调过程中,列车出站时出现了关闭锁紧信号延时发出和非正常的短暂制动现象,本文通过介绍屏蔽门控制系统及其安全回路的工作原理,分析该现象产生的原因,最后通过修改屏蔽门DCU软件、更换安全回路继电器和调节开关的安装位置解决了该问题,并为进一步提高屏蔽门的安全可靠性提出了一些建议。
During the integrate commission process of Xi＇ an Metro Line 1, close and lock signal delay and abnormal braking shortly when train is off from station are found.. This article will analyze the root cause through the working principle of Platform Screen Doors （PSD） control system and safety circuit. Then we finalized the problem through updating the PSD DCU software, replacing the safety relay and adjusting the position of switch, most important, we found the solution on how to improve the safety and reliability of PSD System.
