摘要
由于“应试教育”的传统旧观念使学生背上了升学与就业的沉重包袱,也使我国基础教育的“减负”及“素质教育”实施效果不佳,究其原因有三:①教育体制内部运作的某些基本矛盾,使素质教育只停留在表象上;②目前就业问题迫使学生在高考时要获得高分,以谋求就业保障;③受市场经济影响,学校组织学生节假日补课、销售印刷材料等,使学生忙于听课或完成繁琐的练习。
The student suffered the heavy burden because of the 'test education' of the traditional opinion, which making 'loose heavy' and 'quality education' of our basic education got ineffective. Let's talk about the three rezones. The first one is that 'quality education' is stayed in the face idea because of the basic contradiction of operating inside education system. The second is that the urgency problem for the student to obtain job and the matter make the student run after high achievement so that they can make sure of abstaining employment ensure. The last one is that the student just busy with studying and finishing their lots of complicated homework under the influence of market economy, which cause school organizing the teachers give the student more lessons or selling their publishing teaching material ect.Making 'loose heavy' and 'quality education' put into effective must be started from the education system reforming, at the same time, depending society, school and family work hard together.
