聚烯烃填充母料用于塑料薄膜,具有良好的社会和经济效益。采用同向双螺杆挤出机制备了膜用填充母料,以熔体流动速率为指标优化了填充母料的配方并用于吹膜实践。结果表明,随着母料加入份数的增多,薄膜的力学性能增大,加入的份数达到10份时效果最好;薄膜的密度会在加入母料后增大,但变化幅度不大;母料的加入使塑料薄膜的成本降低。但考虑到塑料薄膜性能,母料的加入量应控制在10份为宜。
The application of filling polyolefin matrix in plastic thin film has excellent social and economic benefits. In the present work, co-rotating twin screw extruder has been adopted to prepare film used filling matrix, and the formula of the filling matrix has been optimized by using the melt flow rate as index and it has been further applied to the film blown practice. The research results showed that the mechanical properties of the thin films increased with the increase of the added percentage of the polyolefin matrix and the properties reached the best with the filled matrix of 10 phr. The membrane density would increase after the addition of the polyolefin matrix, while the variation range was not great. Moreover, the addition of the polyolefin matrix could decrease the cost, and the optimum filling amount of the polyolefin matrix should be controlled at 10 phr in consideration of the mechanical properties of the thin film.
