摘要
文章介绍针灸治疗仪的原理和21世纪以来其在临床中的应用,为临床选择治疗方法提供参考,从而提高临床疗效。笔者通过检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,查找相关仪器原理及应用的文献,总结了电学、红外、超声、音乐、激光、微波、磁等物理方式在针灸治疗仪中的应用原理,及各类仪器在临床中的应用。不同的针灸治疗仪适用于不同的病症。临床选取针灸治疗仪时要根据患者病情选取相应的仪器。
This paper introduces the principle and clinical application of acupuncture therapeutic instrument since the 21 st century in order to provide reference of clinical treatment and to improve clinical effects. Literatures about the principle and application of instruments are found by searching CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other databases. The principle and application of electricity, infrared, ultrasonic, music, laser, microwave, magnetic and other physical methods in acupuncture therapeutic instrument are summarized, and various instrument in clinical application is introduced. Different acupuncture therapeutic instruments are suitable for different diseases. To select the acupuncture therapeutic instrument in clinical should be according to the patient＇s condition.
