摘要
目的探讨便秘对混合痔患者术后效果的影响。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月在我院行混合痔手术的患者100例分为观察组(混合痔伴便秘患者)和对照组(混合痔患者),每组50例,对两组患者术后均做常规护理,分别观察两组患者的住院时间,创面愈合时间,首次排便时间、各时间段大便性状及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后第一次排便困难且排便疼痛、便血、肛门坠胀较对照组明显(P<0.05),手术后7天两组并发症无差异(P>0.05),随后逐渐缓解。结论便秘对混合痔患者手术效果产生不良影响,主要表现为创面愈合时间长,应尽早改善排便情况,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of constipation on patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative effect.Methods 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation from were divided into study group（mixed hemorrhoids and constipation patients）and control group（mixed hemorrhoid patients）,50 cases in each group.The patients were made after routine nursing.The patient＇s hospital stay,the wound healing time,place the first defecation time,each time the characters of stool and complications were observed.Results In the study group,the common complications were the first defecation difficult and pain,blood in the stool,anal bulge,7days after operation for a period of high incidence of complications,and then gradually ease.Conclusion Constipation has a negative impact on the effect of the mixed operation in patients with hemorrhoids.
