摘要
膀胱过度活动症(OAB)是泌尿外科最常见的疾病,严重影响患者生活质量,发病率高。目前针对OAB患者的临床诊断、疾病进展、疗效监测,尿动力学检查以及多种生物标志物的研究等都取得了可喜的进步。此外,多种OAB治疗药物也在研发之中。本文对OAB的诊断方法及治疗药物进展做一述评,以供基础与临床研究参阅。
Overactive bladder（OAB）is the most common urological diseases,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The prevalence of OAB in the general population is very high.Recently,interest has gathered in urodynamic study and urinary biomarkers to assess OAB,potentially playing a role in the diagnosis,disease progression and monitoring response to treatment.In addition,some new drugs for OAB are being development.In this paper,the progress of the diagnosis and drug treatment of overactive bladder was reviewed.
