摘要
目的了解重庆市婴幼儿家长科学喂养知识普及情况,为有效指导科学喂养提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取了重庆市41个区(县)的0-3岁儿童家长,用问卷法完成本调查,采用t检验、χ^2检验、方差分析和相关分析进行数据分析。结果重庆市婴幼儿家长科学喂养知识普及率较低,为74.99%,平均分为(6.47±1.63)分。结果显示家长们对"母乳喂养持续的时间","婴儿开始添加食盐的时间"和"婴儿从开始开荤的时间"正确率仅为10.80%-42.13%。"婴儿开始添加食盐的时间"回答的正确率最低,只有10.80%。学历与知识得分呈正相关(r=0.307,P〈0.001)。居住在城镇、婴幼儿父母亲本人及文化程度在初中及以上的家长对科学喂养知识的掌握较好。医务人员的宣传是喂养知识的主要来源,占63.65%。结论重庆市婴幼儿家长科学喂养知识普及率较低,科学喂养知识普及率与学历,知识,居住区域等有关,重庆市需要强化科学喂养知识的宣传。
Objective To study scientific feeding literacy of the parents of infants and young children in Chongqing,provide the basis for effective guidance of the scientific feeding. Method A stratified random sampling method was used to extract the 0to 3-year-old children's parents to complete the survey questionnaire in 41 districts of Chongqing,t test,chisquare test,analysis of variance,and correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results The feeding knowledge of parents of infants and young children in Chongqing scientific was lower 74.99%,with an average of(6.47±1.63)points.The results showed that parents on " breastfeeding duration", "the time of baby first adding salt" and "the time of baby first adding meat" correct rate were only 10.80%-42.13%.The correct rate of " The time of baby begin adding salt" was the lowest,only 10.80%.There was positive correlation between total score of qualifications and knowledge(r=0.307,P〈0.001).The parents of infants and young children living in cities and towns,and the education level of parents of junior high school and above had the better mastery of the knowledge of scientific feeding.The publicity of the medical staff was the main source of feeding knowledge,accounting for 63.65%. Conclusions Parents of infants and young children in Chongqing had low penetration of scientific feeding knowledge which was relevant with qualifications,knowledge,living field,etc.Chongqing needs to strengthen the publicity of scientific feeding knowledge.
