摘要
分析薄壁轴承双半实体保持架电铆工艺采用普通电铆头存在的问题,设计了薄壁轴承保持架专用电铆头和电铆头加工工装。利用有限元分析方法对比专用电铆头和普通电铆头的温度和应力分布,专用电铆头改善了铆接时的应力集中,提高了电铆头的散热能力。最后通过电铆试验证明了该电铆头的实际效果,其有效提高了薄壁轴承的装配效率,节约了生产成本。
The problems are analyzed about common electrical riveting punch for electrical riveting process of double half solid cage in thin - walled bearing, and the special electrical riveting punch and its machining tooling are designed for cage in thin - walled bearing. The temperature and stress distribution for special and common electrical riveting punch are compared by using finite element analysis method. The special electrical riveting punch avoids stress concentration during riveting and improves heat dissipation capacity of electrical riveting punch. Finally, the actual effect of electrical riveting punch is verified by using electrical riveting test. The assembly efficiency of thin - walled bearing is effectively improved, and the production cost is saved.
