摘要
针对钢厂实际举升液压缸损坏失效的密封圈建立有限元模型,以位移载荷模拟实际的往复运动速度,分别做了顺行程和逆行程的结构应力分析,得出应力最大值的分布区域,与实际密封圈损坏的部位相一致,并对密封圈进行结构优化。
In view of the damage failure of ment model by using the displacement load structure stress of the order stroke and bac stress is consistent with the actual damaged sealing ring in the lifting hydraulic cylinder, we establish the finite eleto simulate the actual speed of reciprocating movement to analyze the k stroke.
