摘要 采用Ansoft软件设计并优化了一款调速永磁同步电动机。通过基于磁路法的RMxprt模块确定电动机尺寸,得到电动机有限元仿真模型。针对该电动机齿槽转矩大的问题,通过Maxwell 2D进行动态仿真,求解出电动机适合的极弧系数、磁钢偏心距以及磁极偏移角度,再进行仿真分析气隙磁密、空载反电动势波形。仿真结果和样机测试结果证实了该电动机设计及优化的合理性,对调速永磁同步电动机的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。 An adjustable-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) is designed and optimized by using Ansoft software. Based on magnetic circuit method,the size of motor is determined by RMxprt module to obtain finite-element simulation model. Aimed at the problem of large cogging torque of the motor,dynamic simulation is carried out by Maxwell 2D to solve the suitable pole arc coefficient,magnetic steel eccentricity and pole arc deviation angle of the motor,and then the simulation analyses of air-gap flux density and no-load back EMF waveform are carried out. The simulation result and prototype test result have confirmed rationality of the design and optimization. It has certain reference significance for optimal design of adjustablespeed PMSM.
