摘要
针对航空发动机转子系统的常见故障,利用经验模态分解方法对故障信号进行分解,得到有效的模态分量,对其进行Hilbert变换,得到含有频率-振幅-时间的Hilbert谱图,并利用航空发动机转子模拟实验器的实验数据对该方法进行了验证,取得了较好的效果。
For Aero-engine rotor system's common fault,fault signal is decomposed by empirical mode decomposition(EMD).We will get the effective intrinsic mode function(IMF),and then,with the Hilbert transform,Hilbert Spectrum which contains frequency-amplitude-time is obtained.The method is applied with experimental data from simulation device of aero-engine rotor fault,and gets good results.
