摘要
在固定床反应器中研究了二甲基二硫醚对Ni/Al2O3上模拟裂解汽油原料油中主要化合物芳烃、单烯烃和共轭烯烃的加氢活性的影响。结果显示,二甲基二硫醚对以上化合物加氢抑制的顺序为:芳香环>单烯烃>共轭烯烃。通过XRD和XPS表征分析,推测了Ni/Al2O3催化剂失活的可能原因。
The poisoning effect of CH3 SSCH3 on Ni/Al2 O3 catalyst for hydrogenation of model pyrolysis gasoline was studied in a fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that CH3 SSCH3 has negative effect on the catalytic activity of Ni/Al2 O3 catalyst for hydrogenation of aromatic nucleus,monoene and conjugated alkene in the sequence of aromat-ic nucleus>monoene>conjugated alkene.According to the analysis of the results of XRD and XPS,we got the possible reason of Ni/Al2 O3 catalyst for hydrogenation of model pyrolysis gasoline.
