摘要
永葆大学生党员先进性对深化推进高校党建工作和思想政治教育工作都具有重要的意义。基于深刻剖析当前大学生党员先进性的现状,通过建立多维大学生党员先进性的评价标准,从建立健全系列化保障机制着手构建大学生党员先进性的保障体系。
The construction of the guarantee mechanism of advanced natures of university student communists is of great and far-reaching significance for the enhancement of university party construction and ideological and political education. This paper induces the evaluation standard of advanced natures of university student communists, deeply explores recent state of their advanced natures, and finally puts forward the effective strategies of construction of the guarantee mechanism of their advanced natures including the establishment and improvement of normalized learning mechanism, all-covered education mechanism, strict managing mechanism, practical education mechanism and public comment mechanism.
