摘要
结合农产品质量安全追溯体系的基本概念,在分析国内外农产品质量安全追溯体系现状的基础上,总结了我国农产品质量安全追溯体系目前存在的不足。然后,以解决农产品质量安全问题中的信息不对称问题为目的,提出了闭环网络内的农产品质量安全追溯体系,以期为解决我国农产品质量安全问题提供参考。
Based on the basic concepts and safety traceability system of agricultural products quality, and analyses of the status quo of safety traceability system of agricultural products quality at home and abroad, the short comings were summed up. To solve the problems of asymmetric information in the quality and safety of agricultural products, a safety traceability system of agricultural products quality within closed-loop network was proposed. It will provide a reference for solving the problems of quality safety of agricultural products in China.
