假眼小绿叶蝉种群时序动态及与气象因子的耦合关系 被引量:3

摘要 调查了湖北省武汉地区茶园假眼小绿叶蝉(Empoasca vitis)的成、若虫种群动态,初步分析气象因子对该虫种群变动的影响。结果表明,应用有序样本最优分割法将4月至10月间小绿叶蝉种群动态划分为4个阶段,分别为上升发展期、高峰期、衰退期、第二高峰期。主成分分析表明,气温是影响假眼小绿叶蝉成、若虫数量变动的最主要气象因子,其次是降雨和湿度。对假眼小绿叶蝉成、若虫发生量与气象因子进行拟合,结果显示影响小绿叶蝉种群变动的主要气象因子是最高温度(X1)和最低温度(X2),假眼小绿叶蝉成、若虫发生量与温度的关系符合回归方程Y=151.28-5.17X1+2.75X2。 The population dynamics of small green leafhopper, Empoasca vitis (GOthe) was monitored in tea planation in Jiangxia area of Wuhan city, Hubei province. The relationship between meteorological factors and population dynamics of the leafhopper was analyzed with the optimal segmentation method, the regression analysis and the principal component analysis. The results showed that the population dyanmics of small green leafhopper were divided into four periods including developing period, fastigium, decline period and second peak. The result of principal component analysis showed that the number of E. vitis was primarily affected by temperature, rainfall and humidity. The relationship between the number of E. vitis and main meteorological factors including the highest temperature(X1) and the lowest temperature (X2) was fitted preliminarily, with the regression equation of Y=151.28-5.17X1+2.75X2,(p〈0.05).
