摘要
我国的鞋类产品生产行业属于劳动密集型产业,随着企业用工难现象不断加重,很多企业迫切需要一种新的生产方式,以缩短生产流程,减少成本消耗。针对该市场需求,提出成型鞋面开发的概念,首先介绍一次成型鞋面的设计,指出鞋面的不同部位需要具有不同的功能和外观;然后介绍经编成型鞋面开发的几种方式,并介绍每种生产方式的工作原理和产品的优缺点;最后总结出成型产品开发的设备和技术已逐渐趋于完善,全成型技术是鞋类产品生产的发展趋势。
In China, footwear production is a labor-intensive industry. As the difficulty of em new producing mode to shorten the production process and reduce loyment increasing, a on costs is needed. According to the market demand, the concept of seamless upper for footwear was put forward. Firstly, the design of seamless footwear upper was introduced, pointing out that different parts of the vamp needed different functions and appearance. Secondly, several ways of developing the upper of footwear were described, and the working principle of each mode of production and the advantages and disadvantages of product were introduced. Finally, the equipment and technology for molding product development had been gradually perfect and the molding technology was the future development trend for footwear.
