摘要
中国已经进入城市社会的发展阶段,53%的城市人口预示着未来中国社会问题的主体正在从传统的乡村社会转向城市社会,尽管如此,中国仍然面临城市化和城市现代化高速发展的过程。以往高耗能粗放型的城市化已经给我们以深刻教训,特别是一些城市本土形态和文化要素的丧失留下千古遗憾。然而,目前为止,中国仍未能建构具有本土化特色的城市化和城市现代化理论,对此提出新的理论探索:一是中国本土化城市化理论建构已经迫在眉睫;二是城市化的核心是创造以充分就业核心的社会发展动力,而不仅仅是空间的再生产;三是本土化城市化理论建构的前提是中国文化根柢的重拾与重构。
As China has entered the stage of development of urban society, 53% of urban population indicates that the subjects of China＇ s social problems in the future have been transferring from traditional rural society to urban society. However, China is still facing urbanization and in the progress of rapid development of urban modernization, the energy-intensive and extensive urbanization in the past have given us a serious lesson, and especially it is a great regret for the loss of urban local forms and cultural elements. So far, China has not yet constructed theory of urbanization and urban modernization with its local characteristics. We hereby propose new theoretical explorations： first, it is very urgent to construct China＇ s theory of local urbanization; second, the core of urbanization is to create social developmental power considering full employment as the core, but not merely the reproduction of space; third, the premise of theoretical construction of local urbanization is to regain and rebuild Chinese ctilmre roots.
