摘要
分析了门机臂架系统改向滑轮失效的机理,介绍了一种将废旧热轧滑轮改造成环锻滑轮的方法,通过改造,使滑轮恢复甚至提高技术性能,延长了使用寿命,取得了一定的效益。
This paper analyzes the failure mechanism of the guidance pulley in jib system of the portal crane,and introduces a method to change worn out hot rolling pulley into ring rolling pulley. By improving it,the worn out pulley is recovered even more in its technical performance,and prolonged its service life. The benefit is obtained.
