摘要
辽宁沿海经济带在振兴辽宁老工业基地政策中起着至关重要的作用,但近年来随着沿海地区的经济开发,人海关系矛盾尖锐,生态安全问题层出不穷。文章选取辽宁海岸带30个县市区,基于压力——状态——响应(P-S-R)框架建立生态安全评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法和熵权法进行生态安全状态评价,绘制生态安全空间差异专题地图,最后提出辽宁海岸带的生态安全建设的途径和对策。
Liaoning coastal economic region plays a vital role in the revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base policy. But in recent years along with the economic development in the coastal area,the contradiction between man and sea become more obvious,and there are more and more ecological security problems. The article selects 30 counties,cities and sections in the coastal zone of Liaoning as an example,based on pressure- state- respond( P- S- R) framework to establish evaluation index system of ecological security. At the same time analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and entropy weight method were used to assess ecological security status,and draw the thematic maps of the spatial difference of ecological security. It finally puts forward ways and ecological security countermeasures for the development of Liaoning coastal zone.
