摘要
深入分析了裂解炉现有裂解气取样分析系统存在的问题,提出了一种裂解气关键组分质量收率的在线测量方法。该方法基于对裂解气组成、物理和化学性质的分析,推导了裂解气中关键组分质量收率的表达式,进而提出了一种新的裂解气在线取样分析系统,并详细地给出了设计和实现方法。该系统可以在现有取样系统的基础上,通过增加1个取样孔和1股防焦蒸汽,解决裂解气关键组分质量收率无法直接在线获取的难题,对乙烯装置运行优化系统设计和效益评价有非常重要的意义。
A new sampling approach is proposed in this paper after investigating on issues existing in current sampling and online analyzer systems in ethylene cracking furnace devices, in which an expression of mass yields of key components in cracking gas based on analysis on physical and chemical properties of cracking components is formulated, thus a new sampling system is designed with detailed configurations for engineering realization. Compared with current sampling system, both a new sampling entrance and an anti-coking steam are required additionally in the new system. Through above techniques, the dilemma that mass yields of key components in cracking gas can't be obtained is solved. It is meaningful to the issue of optimization and benefit evaluation of ethylene installation running.
