摘要
烟气在线监测系统(CEMS)又称为"连续监测系统",由颗粒物监测子系统、气态污染物监测子系统、烟气排放参数测量子系统、系统控制及数据采集处理子系统等组成。CEMS系统通过采样和分析方式(抽取式连续监测),测定烟气中颗粒物浓度、气态污染物浓度,同时测量烟气压力、烟气流量、烟气温度、烟气含湿量等参数;计算烟气中各污染物浓度和排放量;显示和打印各种参数及图表,并通过数据传输系统传输至管理部门。传统的常规测定烟气的污染物的方法是手工将采样头插入烟道,抽取样品后在实验室进行分析。这种手工方法消耗时间长,不能提供连续的、实时的、系统的测试数据,而且固定污染源排放污染物随生产运行状况、燃料组成的变化而变化,要真正实现排放总量监测,必须要采用CEMS系统,继而与地方环境保护局排放监控网络连接。
CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System), also known as"continuous monitoring system, is made up of particulate monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem, flue gas emissions parameters measure- ment subsystem, system control and data acquisition processing subsystem, etc. CEMS through sampling and analysis methods (extractive continuous monitoring), determinate the concentration of particle and gaseous pollutants, and at the same time measure the parameters such as gas pressure, gas flow rate, flue gas temperature, flue gas moisture con- tent; calculate the concentration and emission of various pollutant in flue gas; display and print various parameters and graphs, and transmitted through the data transmission system to the management department. Traditionally, if you want to determination of flue gas pollutants, the conventional method is to manually insert the sampling head flue, sampling, and then analyze the samples in the laboratory. Elapsed time is long, this manual method is unable to provide continu- ous, real-time and the test data of the system. Discharge pollutants and stationary sources along with the change of operation conditions, fuel composition change, to truly achieve emissions monitoring, must adopt continuous on-line flue gas emissions monitoring system (CEMS), which in turn with the local environmental protection bureau emissions monitoring network connections.
