摘要
目的探讨维持性血透患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平对透析充分性的评估价值。方法将62例维持性血透患者根据尿素清除指数(Kt/V)值分为透析充分组(Kt/V≥1.2)和透析不充分组(Kt/V<1.2),比较两组透析前后血浆BNP水平的变化。结果两组患者透析前血浆BNP水平无显著性差异,透析后血浆BNP水平均显著下降(P<0.01),但透析充分组较透析不充分组下降程度更明显(P<0.05)。透析前后血浆BNP水平变化与Kt/V呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论血浆脑钠肽水平能客观反映血透患者的透析充分性,可作为评估透析充分性的一个良好的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the assessed value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in plasma for dialysis adequacy in patients of maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Based on urea clearance index(Kt/V), 62 patients of maintenance hemodialysis were divided into dialysis adequacy group(Kt/V≥l. 2)and inadequate dialysis group(Kt/V〈1.2).The changes of plasma BNP levels in two groups before and after dialysis were compared. Results The difference of plasma BNP levels between two groups were no significant before dialysis and significantly decreased(P 〈0. 01)after dialysis, more obviously in the inadequate dialysis group(P 〈0. 05). Plasma BNP level showed significant positive correlation with Kt/V before and after dialysis(P〈0.01). Conclusion Plasma BNP levels can objectively reflect the dialysis adequacy in hemodialysis patients,and can be used as a good biological indicator of assessing dialysis adequacy.
