摘要
目的探讨超声检查联合CA 125、CA 199检查对卵巢肿瘤鉴别的临床价值。方法选取120例卵巢肿瘤患者为临床研究对象,采用2种不同的方式进行肿瘤鉴别,根据检测方式的不同,均分为对照组和实验组(n=60)。实验组采用超声检查联合CA 125、CA 199检查卵巢肿瘤结果,对照组采用常规超声检查卵巢肿瘤。比较2组肿瘤检验结果的准确性。结果实验组采用超声检查联合CA 125、CA 199检查鉴别卵巢肿瘤结果的准确性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声检查联合CA 125、CA 199检查对卵巢肿瘤的良恶性能够较为准备地进行判断,对于卵巢肿瘤患者的治疗有一定的临床意义。
Objective To discuss the clinical values of applying ultrasound examination combined with CA125 and CA199 in identifying ovarian tumor. Methods To selecte 120 patients with ovarian tumor as the study objects,to use two different ways for tumor detection. The experimental group was used ultrasound examination combined with CA125 and CA199 to identify tumor result, the control group was used conventional ultrasound examination to identify tumor result.To compare two groups of the accuracy of the tumor inspection results. Results The accuracy of ultrasound examination combined with CA125 and CA199 was significantly higher than the control group, the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound examination combined with CA125 and CA199 can identify the benign and malignant of tumor accurately, it has certain significances in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor.
