修复除尘管道用耐磨铁基堆焊合金的组织和性能

摘要 采用手工电弧焊在45钢上堆焊一种耐磨铁基堆焊合金。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及材料试验机研究了堆焊铁基合金的组织和性能。结果表明,焊态耐磨铁基合金中存在高合金马氏体,其硬度为42.7 HRC,经500℃保温2 h后,堆焊合金的硬度为44.5 HRC,耐磨性有所提高。 A hard-facing iron-base alloy was surfaced on 45 steel by using manual arc welding procedure.The microstructure and property of the surfaced iron-base alloy were investigated by means of OM,SEM,XRD and material test machine.The results show that high alloy martensitie exists in the as-welded hard-facing alloy,and its hardness is 42.7 HRC,and that after holding at 500℃for 2 h the hardness of the surfaced alloy is 44.5 HRC,the wear resistance being increased.
