摘要
采用盆栽法与田间药效小区试验法,测定5%烯酰吗啉粉尘剂喷粉施药对黄瓜霜霉病(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)的防治效果。结果表明:采用5%烯酰吗啉粉尘剂喷粉施药,对黄瓜霜霉病具有良好的防治效果,对黄瓜无药害。盆栽试验中,按11.25ga.i.·(667m2)-1剂量喷粉施药1次,防效为89.13%;田间试验中,按11.25ga.i.·(667m2)-1剂量间隔7d喷粉施药3次,第3次施药7d后的防效达86.64%。
The control efficacy of 5% Dimethomorph DPC on cucumber downy mildew caused by Pseudoperonospora cubensis was evaluated by pot experiment and field plot trial method. The results showed that 5% Dimethomorph DPC presented a good control effect on cucumber downy mildew. The pot trial efficacy of 5% Dimethomorph DPC with dosage of 168.75 g a.i. ·hm^-2 on cucumber downy mildew was 89.13%, and the final field control efficacy of plot trial was 86.64%, with a dosage of 168.75 g a.i. ·hm^-2 dusting for 3 times at 7 days intervals. There was not any phytotoxicity on cucumber.
