摘要
针对成品油流经上、下坡管道时,对同种汽油与不同密度的柴油进行顺序输送的混油问题,借助于VOF模型,建立三维流动模型进行数值计算。研究输送顺序、流速、密度、管长对成品油管壁边界层区域混油的影响。研究结果表明:对于上坡输油管道前行柴油时柴油密度越小、速度越大有助于减少管壁处边界层区域的混油量;对于下坡输油管道前行汽油时柴油密度越小、速度越大有助于减少管壁处边界层区域的混油量;和上坡时相比下坡前行汽油时更助于减少管壁处边界层区域的混油量。
Aimed at the problem of contaminated oil in batch transportation of the same gasoline and diesel with different density during product oil flowing in the downhill and uphill pipe, with the help of VOF model, the three-dimensional flow model was established, and numerical calculation was carried out. Influence of different sequence, flow velocity, density, pipe range on boundary layer region contaminated oil was investigated. The results show that: for forward diesel in the uphill pipeline,the lower density and the greater speed of diesel,the lower the mixed oil volume of tube boundary layer region; for forward gasoline in the downhill pipeline,the lower density and the greater speed of diesel,the lower the mixed oil volume of tube boundary layer region,and compared with the first condition,its effect is more obvious.
