摘要
首先分析了智慧物流的相关概念以及网购时代发展对智慧物流的影响,然后提出了构建智慧物流体系的目标与意义,分别从物流功能体系的构建、技术信息体系的构建、法律法规体系的建设、基础设施体系的构建、加强智慧人才体系的构建等方面探讨了如何构建完善的智慧物流体系。
In this paper, we first analyzed the concept of smart logisties and its influence in the online shopping era, then proposed the objective and significance in the establishment of the smart logistics system and at the end, improved it by building the corresponding functional system, technical information system, legal and regulatory system, infrastructure system and talent training system.
