摘要
采用2000-2012年中国四大经济区的数据,运用面板数据模型系统分析了现代服务业发展对区域城镇功能的提升效应,得出如下结论:首先,现代服务业发展与城镇功能提升之间存在长期均衡关系;其次,现代服务业就业水平对各区域城镇功能均有显著提升作用,但现代服务业产出水平对城镇功能的提升作用具有实质性的区域差异;再次,分阶段分析结果表明,现代服务业对城镇功能提升的贡献是一个动态的变化过程;最后,现代服务业发展对城镇各层面功能的提升作用也存在明显的区域差异。针对分析结论,提出相关对策建议。
This essay uses the data from the year 2000 - 2012 of Chinese four big economic zones, using the panel data model to analyze the development of modern service industry on regional urban function promotion effects systematically. The resuits show that ： Firstly, a long - term equilibrium relation exists between the development of modern service industry and urban function promotion; Secondly, the obtain employment of modern service industry has a significant promoting effects on urban function of four economic zones, but the output level of modern service industry to promote urban function exists regional difference substantially; Thirdly, analysis according to the different stages shows that the modern service industry to promote urban function is a dynamic process; Finally, the development of mod- ern service industry on the various levels of urban function also exists significant regional difference. According to the conclu- sion, some countermeasures are putted forward.
