摘要
通过对家用空调器系统密封重要性的分析,及对目前静置检漏工艺现状和弊端的研究,提出一种新型的家用空调器成品自动静置检漏系统,并对其进行功能介绍和工艺流程描述,以期为家用空调器企业提供一种新型的自动化手段进行成品的静置检漏。
Through analyzing the importance of seal to household air-conditioner sys tern,and research on the current situation and shortcomings of leakage detection technolo gy,one new model of automatic static leakage detection system for finished products of household air-conditioner is put forward. Its function is introduced and its process flow is described,in order to provide one new automation means of static leakage detection for finished products of household air-conditioner enterprises.
