摘要
通过车钩高度尺寸链的分析,找出影响车钩高度的5个关键部件,通过分析计算轮辋减薄量、中梁牵引梁下垂量和关键配件(轮对、轴瓦体、轴瓦垫)的选配,控制了转向架组装高度,满足了整车车钩高度的要求。
Through analyzing the dimension chain of ear coupler height, find out five key parts ef- fected on car coupler height. Analyze and calculate rim thickness reduction value, drooping value of middle beam and draw beam, and the selection of key components such as wheel pair, bush body, jour- nal bearing wedge. As the result, the assembly height of bogie set is controlled, and the requirement for the coupler height of whole car is satisfied.
