摘要
选矿是一个综合了多学科的复杂生产过程,随着矿产资源条件的恶化,矿石品位越来越低,为了得到更高品质的矿产品,降低选矿过程中所需的成本及能耗,实现选矿自动化控制与检测成为选矿过程中的首选。本文主要阐述了当今选矿自动化工艺流程以及选矿广义回路中的故障检测和隔离、数据调谐程序以及控制器等基本元素,并介绍了PID控制器在选矿过程中的应用。
Mineral process is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary complex production process. With the deterioration of conditions of mineral resources and ore quality is more and more low, in order to get a higher quality of mineral and reduce the cost of mineral processing, automatic control and detection become the first choice in the mineral processing. This article mainly tells the fault detection and isolation, data reconciliation and controllers of process flow and generalized loop in mineral processing plants. Especially the application of PID controller in the mineral process.
