摘要
天(山)—中(州)(原哈(密南)—郑(州))±800 k V特高压直流输电工程是世界上首个输送容量达8 000 MW、输电距离长2 191.5 km的直流输电工程。工程系统试验的特点是首次对目前工程输送容量最大一次设备性能进行检验,首次对全国产化特高压直流控制功能进行验证,首次在送端电网火电、风电和太阳能电力外送系统较弱的方式下进行系统试验。根据这些特点,对天中工程系统试验方案进行了研究,内容包括试验目的、交流和直流系统条件、内容及操作步骤、试验过程中需要测量的交直流信号、试验验收标准以及试验过程中采取的安全措施。借鉴向(家坝)—上(海)、锦(屏)—苏(南)直流输电工程系统试验和运行的经验,增加了一些与控制系统相关的试验和直流偏磁测试试验,对整流侧母线电压控制进行了分析研究,确定了系统试验项目,编制了系统试验方案。工程系统试验结果表明,系统试验方案满足验证工程技术规范要求,保证了工程按期顺利投入运行。
The ±800 kV UHVDC power transmission project from Tianshan located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China to Zhongzhou located in Central China (abbr. TZ UHVDC project) is the first UHVDC power transmission system with the transmission capacity up to 8 000 MW and the transmission distance up to 2 191.5 km in the world. Up to now the commissioning test for TZ UHVDC project is the first time to inspect the equipment performance of the primary equipment with the highest engineering transmission capacity in the world and it is also the first time to validate the control and protection functions for the totally domestically manufactured UHVDC transmission equipment, besides, it is also the first time to carry out the system commissioning for UHVDC transmission project under such a condition that in its sending power grid the capability to outwards transmit the electric power generated by renewable energy sources is weak, Based on these distinctive properties, the contents of commissioning test scheme for TZ UHVDC project are researched, including the purpose of the commissioning test, the conditions of AC and DC systems, the contents of the commissioning and operation schedules, the AC and DC signals to be measured during the commissioning, the acceptance standard and the measures to ensure the security during the commissioning. Using the reference of testing and operation experiences of such ±800 kV UHVDC power transmission systems as the UHVDC power transmission project fi'om Xiangjiaba to Shanghai and the UHVDC power transmission project from Jinping to Sunan, several tests related to the control system as well as the test of DC magnetic biasing are added and the control of bus voltage at rectifier side is analyzed and researched, thus the test items of the commissioning test are determined and the system commissioning scheme are drafted. Results of engineering commissioning test show that the proposed system commissioning scheme can meet the demands of technical specifications, and it is ensured
