摘要
血站选择合适的血液筛查策略关系到血液的安全和血液的供应。集中化筛查策略具有提升血液筛查效率、提高血站管理效益、提高血液检测质量、促进血液检测新技术引进等优势。但开展集中化也有诸多要求,还受技术、经济、地理条件制约。无论是实施集中化检测与否,血站都应当能够借鉴国内外经验,根据自身条件和合作基础选择适合自身的血液筛查方式,保障血液事业健康发展。
A better and more applicable blood screening strategy in blood services is a key to the safety of blood and sup- ply. Centralized screening strategy has the benefits on boosting efficacy and efficiency of blood screening, promoting the man- agement of blood services, improving the quality of blood testing, and adopting new testing techniques. Nevertheless, restric- tive factors for centralization exist, either technically, economically, or geographically. Proper screening strategies shall be implemented, whether go for centralization or not, to ensure sustainable development of blood program. Good decisions can only be made by taking into considerations of local needs and conditions, national and international experiences.
