摘要目前全世界面临着卒中的流行：从1990-2010年,卒中相关死亡人数上升26%,伤残调整寿命年（disability-adjusted life years）上升19%,卒中已成为全球第2大致死原因,伤残调整寿命年排第3位。MRI能反映急性缺血性脑卒中的病理生理改变,对急性缺血性脑卒中的诊断、治疗决策及预后具有重要的作用。
