摘要
文章从分析科技型企业加强学习型党组织建设的主要背景入手,分析了长沙矿冶研究院建设学习型党组织的现实意义,研究了建设成果和主要做法,探讨了科技型企业建设学习型党组织的主要对策。
The paper is starting from strengthening the construction of the learning party organization in science and technologyoriented enterprises,the practical significance of constructing the learning party organization in Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy was analyzed and the construction achievements and main ways were also studied in this paper.The principal countermeasures to construct the learning party organization in science and technology-oriented enterprises were discussed as well.
