光扩散剂粒径对PC光扩散板性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在聚碳酸酯(PC)中加入交联聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球(光扩散剂),通过紫外可见光分光光度计、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试方法研究了PC光扩散板的光扩散机理以及光扩散剂粒径大小对PC光扩散板光透过率、雾度、有效光散射系数及力学性能的影响。结果表明:光扩散剂粒径为20.0μm时,PC光扩散板光透过率较高;光扩散剂粒径为1.8μm时,PC光扩散板雾度较大;光扩散剂粒径为3.0μm时,PC光扩散板有效光散射系数较大且满足使用时力学性能要求;光扩散剂粒径增大,光透过率增加,雾度减小。 Microspheres of cross linked PMMA(light diffusion agent) were added into the PC. By using UV visible spectrophotometer, scanning electron microscope and other test methods, the diffusion mechanism of PC light diffusion slab, and the influence of par ticle size of light diffusion agent on light transmittance,haze, effective light scattering co efficient and mechanical property of PC light diffusion slab were studied. The result indi cateds that the light transmittance of PC light diffusion slab is high when the particle size of light diffusion agent is 20.0 μm; and the haze of PC light diffusion slab is high when the particle size of light diffusion agent is 1.8 μm. When the particle size of light diffu- sion agent is 3.0 μm, the effective light scattering coefficient of PC light diffusion slab is high, which meets the operating requirement for mechanical property. Light transmittance increases and haze decreases with the increase of the particle size of light diffusion agent.
