摘要
明确高校思想政治理论课青年教师马克思主义理论素养的构成要素,是我们准确把握高校思想政治理论课青年教师马克思主义理论素养现状,深入探寻提高高校思想政治理论课青年教师马克思主义理论素养的有效途径的首要前提。文章从分析"素养"、"教师素养"、"高校思想政治理论课教师的素养"概念入手,从情感、知识、能力和技能四个方面具体阐述高校思想政治理论课青年教师马克思主义理论素养的构成要素。
In recent years, young teachers have become the main force of teaching body in higher institutes' politics courses and their theoretical accomplishment of Marx directly determine the practical result of Marxist theory education of university students. This paper elaborated the components of theoretical accomplishment of Marx from the following four aspects: affection, knowledge, capability and skills.
