摘要
习近平同志关于忧患意识与作风建设辩证统一的思想,对于增强忧患意识与加强作风建设具有重要指导意义。增强忧患意识与加强作风建设的辩证关系为:增强忧患意识是加强作风建设的重要基础;加强作风建设是进一步增强忧患意识的可靠保证。如何在增强忧患意识与加强作风建设的辩证统一中推动科学发展,实现广大人民群众的根本利益呢?第一,坚持增强忧党忧国忧民意识,保持清醒头脑,坚定理想信念,弘扬优良作风,确保科学发展不偏向、不停步。第二,坚持底线思维,做到居安思危,坚定奋斗目标,攻坚克难,改革创新,为科学发展提供直接动力和不竭活力。第三,坚持实干兴邦,避免空谈误国,增强进取意识、机遇意识、责任意识,为科学发展奉献求真务实的精神和实干。第四,坚持在弘扬优秀传统文化中树立忧患意识,增强践行社会主义核心价值观的自觉性,为科学发展提供精神动力。第五,坚持问题导向,着力反对"四风",增强自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的能力,巩固党的执政地位,使科学发展具有更加坚强的领导核心力量。第六,坚持勇于担当,推进具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,为科学发展提供崇高务实的拼搏精神和大智大勇的努力奋斗,不断夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利。
Xi Jinping＇ s thoughts about the dialectical unification of the suffering consciousness and the working - style construction have the important guiding significance on enhancing the sense of anxiety and strengthening the working - style construction. The dialectical relations between them are as follows： strengthening the suffering consciousness is the base to strengthen the construction of the working - style; strengthening the construction of the working - style is the reliable guarantee to further enhance the suffering consciousness.
