摘要
对氢氟酸-硫酸分解、磷钼蓝分光光度法测定煤灰中五氧化二磷的不确定度的主要来源进行了分析,并对由称量、试样溶液体积、工作曲线变动性、分光光度计、重复性测量引入的不确定度进行了不确定度分量估算,在此基础上合成出测试结果的标准不确定度。
Through analysis and estimation of major source of uncertainty for the determination of phosphorus pentoxide in coal ash using the method of hydrofluoric acid-sulfuric acid decomposition and phosphorus molybdenum blue spectrophotometric determination,uncertainty components caused by weighing,solution volume,variation of working curve,spectrometer,repetitiveness measurements were estimated respectively,based on that,the standard uncertainty of testing results could be obtained.
