摘要
采用不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)设计,以5个三系不育系和6个骨干恢复系杂交配组,杂种F1代分别种植于四川不同生态区的4个试验点(乐山、宜宾、达州、绵阳),对各组合的产量相关性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明,F1单株产量及其构成因素同时受加性效应和非加性效应影响,以加性效应为主,恢复系的加性效应对杂种单株产量、单株有效穗、每穗总粒数、结实率和单穗重贡献率较大;恢复系单株产量一般配合力大小表现为乐恢188〉蜀恢527〉绵恢725〉CDR22〉辐恢838〉明恢63,乐恢188每穗总粒数、结实率和单穗重的一般配合力也较高,所配组合穗大粒多(平均200.88粒),结实率高(81.88%-86.35%),单穗重均在4.5 g以上,单株产量高,具有较大的应用价值。
Using five CMS lines and six backbone restorer lines to make crosses by the incomplete diallel( NCⅡ)design,30 F1 hybrids were planted at four locations( Leshan,Yibin,Dazhou and Mianyang) with different ecological conditions in Sichuan Province and the combining ability analysis was conducted on their grain yield and yield components. The results showed that the grain yield per plant and yield components of F1 hybrids were all affected by both additive and non-additive effects,but the additive effect was much greater than the non-additive effect. The additive effect of restorer lines were greater than that of CMS lines in the traits of grain yield per plant,productive panicles per plant,spikelets per panicle,seed setting rate and grain weight per panicle of the F1 hybrids. The six restorer lines had their general combining ability( GCA) effects of grain yield per plant in the following tendency:Lehui 188 〉Shuhui 527 〉Mianhui 725 〉CDR 22 〉Fuhui 838 〉Minghui 63. Among them,Lehui 188 had also highest GCA effects in spikelets per panicle,seed setting rate and grain weight per panicle. Therefore,the F1 hybrids of Lehui 188 showed large panicles with a great number of spikelets( 200. 88 grains per panicle on average),a high seed setting rate( 81. 88% - 86. 35%),a grain weight per panicle over 4. 5 g and finally a high grain yield per plant,indicating a good prospect in hybrid rice breeding.
