摘要
中国是世界灾害多发的国家之一,怎么建立适合中国目前国情的巨灾保险制度是本文研究的重点。文章提出了由政府通过税收建立巨灾保险专项基金的建议。
China is one of the most disaster-prone countries in the world. How to build catastrophe insurance system that suited to China＇s current conditions is the focus of this study. This paper proposes to establish catastrophe insurance fund by the tax of the government.
