摘要
随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入和发展，学校领导层的群体管理力量越来越重要，因此，提高教育管理干部团体的综合素质，已经成为校长培训机构必须认真思考的一个重要问题。我们尝试着从培训对象、培训内容、培训形式等方面拓宽思路，寻找更加有效的新的切入点，提高了校长培训的针对性和实效性。
With the deepening and development of elementary education curriculum reform, the school leadership group management power is more and more important. Therefore, to improve the comprehensive quality of education management cadre group has become an important issue which must be think seriously aboat by the principal training instututious .We have tried to broaden the train of thought in such ways as training objects, coutents and manners, searching for a more and effective new breakthough point.Therefore, the pertinence and effectiveness of the headmaster training has be improved.
