摘要 原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）是免疫介导的获得性出血性疾病,是儿童时期常见的出血性疾病,年发病率为4/10万～5/10万1.近年来,随着微创技术的发展,脾栓塞术和腹腔镜脾切除术（LS）已成为儿童ITP的治疗选择之一[2-3].2014年我院以脾动脉栓塞序贯LS成功治疗1例重症ITP患儿,报告如下并复习相关文献资料.
