摘要 采用焊接模拟分析软件的热处理模块对不同热处理工艺下的H13钢芯棒进行计算机模拟分析,并预测钢棒在热处理过程中的温度变化情况和水冷、空冷过程中温度的变化速率。计算结果发现,随水冷和空冷的交替进行,水冷阶段温度变化速率逐渐减小,空冷阶段温度有一个回温的阶段,且温度变化速率随热处理工艺的进行逐渐减小。将模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比,两者吻合良好。 H13 steel reinforced bar was analyzed in computer simulation by welding simulation analysis software modules under different heat treatment processes of heat treatment, and the temperature changing rate in the process of water cooling and air cooling was forecasted. The results show that with alternates between water cooling and air cooling, in water cooling stage, temperature change rate decreases, in the air cooling stage, temperature has a rebound phase, and the temperature change rate is reduced gradually as the heat treatment processing. Compared the simulation results with experimental results, there are good agreement.
