摘要
采用扫描电镜、极化曲线测试等方法研究了浸锌液的主要成分及工艺参数对锌层表面形貌及性能的影响。结果表明:浸锌液中主盐硫酸锌的浓度、浸锌温度及浸锌时间对浸锌层质量均有较大的影响。在本文的基础配方基础上,最佳的浸锌液组成及工艺条件为:硫酸锌30 g/L,浸锌温度70℃,浸锌时间6 min。在最佳浸锌条件下得到的锌层结晶致密、表面覆盖度较好,且具有良好的耐蚀性能。
The influences of main components and parameters in the zinc immersion process on surface morphorlogy and corrosion resistance of zinc coating were analyzed by SEM and potentioynamic polarization test. The results show that the concentration of the zinc sulfate, temperature and zinc dipping time greatly influence the quality of the zinc film. Based on the formula in this paper, the main components and the parameters in the zinc immersion process are as follows: zinc sulfate 30 g/L, temperature 70 ℃, time 4 min. The zinc film obtained in the optimal condition has crystalline density, good surface coverage and corrosion resistance.
