摘要
对原始组织为魏氏体的TA15合金进行了二火次轧制,研究了合金板材在不同轧制变形量时的球化行为及变形机理。结果表明:原始组织为片层状的TA15板材轧制过程中随变形量增加,球化程度增加。当总变形量达75%时,约10%~15%片层发生球化;当轧制总变形量达到90%时,全部片层组织球化。因此,通过大变形能大大提高球化率而减少片层厚度。
TA15 alloy with Widmanstatten structure (the original microstrucmre) was rolled in two heating. The spheroidization behavior and deformation mechanism of TA 15 plates with the different rolling deformations were studied. The results show that: the spheroidization degree of TA15 plate with layered original microstructure increases with increasing the amount of deformation in rolling process. When the total deformation is 75%, about 10%-15% lamella spheroidizes; when the total deformation is 90%, all the lamellar microstructure spheroidizes. Therefore spheroidization ratio can be greatly enhanced by large deformation and reduced lamellar thickness.
