摘要
目的应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对脑出血(ICH)大鼠神经功能损伤的影响进行评估。方法随机将实验动物分为对照组、治疗组和假手术组。治疗组于术后1h始腹部皮下注射rhG-CSF,在相应时间点大鼠行神经功能评分(NSS)后处死,用RT-PCR方法观察各组各时程病灶周围脑组织caspase-3的动态表达。结果治疗组神经功能评分明显低于对照组,rhG-CSF治疗减少了caspase-3的表达,二者相比有差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 rhG-CSF治疗对神经细胞具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effection of rhG-CSF on Caspase-3 in Treatment of intracerebral hemor-rhage rats.Methods Experimental rats were assigned randomly the ICH group,the treating group and the sham opera-tion group,The treating group was administered rhG-CSF by intraperitoneal injection post 1 h.Before killing the rats neurological severity score was evaluated on each time point,then the expression of Caspase-3 were measured using RT-PCR.Results the neurological severity scores and expression of Caspase-3 in the treating group reduced significantly than those in the ICH group.Conclusion the rhG-CSF treatment have neuroprotective effects.
