产前超声诊断海豹肢畸形1例 被引量：1

摘要 海豹肢畸形是一种严重的体表畸形,临床罕见。产前超声对海豹肢畸形的正确诊断,能指导产前咨询与临床处理,具有重要的临床意义。现报道1例产前海豹肢畸形,以提高产前超声医师对海豹肢畸形的认识,避免漏诊和误诊。1临床资料孕妇,20岁,G1P0,孕28周,因院外B超提示双下肢短肢畸形及双上肢未见显示入院。孕妇平素体健,无不良嗜好,在怀孕期间无明显不适和用药史,双方非近亲婚配,无家族遗传史和畸形儿史。
