摘要
望京SOHO-T3工程为钢框架-钢筋混凝土简体结构,核心筒墙体高178.97 m。为确保工期、减轻吊装压力并方便施工,选用全自动液压爬模和木梁胶合板模板体系。通过制订爬模技术控制要点,取得了施工速度快,稳定性好,降低成本,安全性高,结构工程偏差小等良好效果。
Wangjing SOHO-T3 project is a steel frame reinforced concrete tube structure whose core tube wall is 178.97m high. Automatic hydraulic climbing formwork and wooden beam plywood formwork systems ale adopted to ensure the construction schedule, reduce lifting workload anti provide convenience for construction. Key points for technical control of climbing formwork are specified, realizing favorable construction effects, such as fast construction, high stability, low construction cost, high safety and small structural deflection.
