摘要
通过Pro/E强大的运动仿真功能模块来简析单杆操纵变速箱的换挡原理,指出变速箱操纵机构依据操纵杆的数量基本划分为两种,一种是单杆操纵,一种是多杆操纵。单杆操纵具有整套机构中零件数量少,变速箱轻量化,制造成本低的多种优势,目前被广泛应用于轻型变速箱操纵机构中。
Through the motion simulation of Pro/E powerful function modules, the author analyzes a single control rod trans-mission shift principle, points out that the transmission control mechanism, basis on the the number, divide 2 kinds of control rod, one is a single control rod; the other is multi lever control. A single control rod has so many advantages, such as a number of parts in the whole mechanism small, lightweight transmission, low manufacturing cost and so on, which is widely used in light transmission operating mechanism.
